In today’s world, where constant connectivity and unending stress are the norms, discovering effective ways to relax and de-stress is more important than ever. The mindfulness workshop is $30. Bring your own adult coloring pages and colored pencils or come as you are, and supplies will be offered for an additional $10 payable to the instructor.
