Hi, my name is Jessica Nava, and I am the owner of Dulze Pastries bakery. I’ve always had a passion for cooking, but throughout the years I discovered the art of baking. It all started when I started making these delicious Peruvian cookies, also known Alfajores. I would make them for my family and friends and every time I would make them, they would ask me to sell them some so they could share with their loved ones. Since then, I’ve taken classes to learn more about cooking decorating and baking. Something that started as a hobby has developed into a business that I love. I hope to share my passion of baking with those that are eager to learn.

In this class, you’ll learn the essential techniques for creating beautiful, professional-quality sugar cookies using six stunning Easter cookie designs as your inspiration.

Discover the perfect recipe for Royal Icing and how to achieve two consistencies for flooding and piping.

Explore creative decorating methods including transfers, wet-on-wet designs, tipless florals, and puffy leaves.
No prior experience is required, and all decorating utensils will be provided for use during the class. Each attendee will leave with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to decorate stunning cookies—and will take home six unique designs to enjoy or share with loved ones.
Come ready to learn and immerse yourself in the sweet and artistic world of sugar cookie decorating. All materials are included—just bring your enthusiasm and creativity.

FLORAL CUPCAKE BOUQUET

Bring the colors and beauty of spring to life with buttercream! In this hands-on class, you’ll create a 7-cupcake bouquet and learn to pipe stunning flowers including: roses, mini roses with buds, hydrangeas, and peonies.
You’ll also learn how to prepare the perfect buttercream and craft each petal with confidence. No prior experience is needed, and all materials and tools are provided.
Class size is limited to six students to ensure everyone receives hands-on guidance while learning piping bag techniques and decorating skills. Each attendee will leave with a gorgeous cupcake bouquet to enjoy or share.
