Instructors - Alisa and Alan

Alisa is a marketing powerhouse with over 23 years of experience running her own public relations agency. In 2012, she sought more balance in her life and began a personal journey into chakra work, guided meditation, and sound healing. Inspired by the calming effects of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, she founded Sound Cascade, a sound healing company dedicated to sharing the therapeutic power of tonal meditation. Alisa has performed at venues including the StaarCon Festival, yoga studios, crystal shops, healing centers, and assisted living communities. She is also a member of the 5D Healerverse platform and BNI in Jupiter.

Alan Giana is an award-winning artist and multi-instrumentalist whose career blends visual art and music. With a background in commercial art, graphic design, and business management, he opened his own illustration company in 1994, later evolving it into a full-service licensing agency. His scenic artwork appears on puzzles, calendars, book covers, mugs, apparel, and more. Musically, Alan is equally versatile—skilled in saxophone, guitar, flute, keyboards, and ukulele—and has performed with rock bands and orchestras. He now focuses on creating ambient, meditative soundscapes using a blend of ancient instruments and modern technology.

Together, Alisa and Alan offer immersive sound healing sessions designed to relax the mind and restore inner harmony. Their combined talents in energy work, artistic expression, and sonic layering promise a deeply rejuvenating experience for participants.

Soothing Sounds for the Soul with Gongs and Sound Bowls

Sound healing has been a home remedy favored by many cultures for thousands of years.  From historic Native American drum circles to modern shaman ceremonies in the Middle East, waves of soothing, echoing sound generated from traditional wind and percussion instruments, also known as a “sound bath,” help with stress, fatigue, and depression.

Our practice creates a unique sound bath experience that utilizes both ancient and state-of-the art instruments, including gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, buffalo drums, crystal pyramids, wood chimes, bells, ocean drums, rain sticks and other meditative musical devices that evoke both immediate and long-lasting intuition, serenity and joy.

Participants should bring their own yoga mat and blankets.
