Intensive Painting - Pushing the Boundaries
This series is designed for the serious artists of all levels and mediums who have a desire and a commitment to improve their work. The workshop also addresses the needs of the student who wants to take their work to a more advanced level.
All students will receive instruction formulated to help one recognize and prioritize their strengths and weaknesses and develop a plan of study. Content will apply to all forms of subject matter, still life, abstracts, landscapes, etc.
Session 1: Improving compositional elements, experimenting with expressive brush work
Session 2: Strengthening value relationships, developing a better understanding of color relationships
Sessions will include a lecture on specific topics listed above and a demonstration illustrating the principles presented.
