This class continues the poses that were taught in the Introductory class series plus more. You will relearn how to use your body (arms, legs and superficial abs) rather than contracting your spinal muscles. With 2 class options - 4 weeks or 6 weeks, we will focus on a different part of the body: hips, spinal flexibility, forward bends, back bends, abdominals, twists, standing, neck and shoulders, inversions etc. All poses (asanas) are taught to you for meticulous alignment and utilizing props so that your body softens (melts) into the pose without forcing or straining. This yoga is for every body!
